Zain draws from 29 years of experience as a business consultant, industry executive and entrepreneur to coach leaders to a better understanding of themselves, their values,and the leadership skills they can access to increase their success. He also focuses on the results of their teams, the organizations they lead, and the relationships they build with their partners. He led in the growth of the Sunbonnet Group of companies and then focused on building a Learning company Azvantage which is focused on developing leaders leveraging technology and is also the author of the book Cultivate Your Leader. He has always partnered with clients to understand their business needs and delivered solutions that have exceeded expectations.

Zain has served as a Sales Executive, a Consultant, and an Information Technology Executive. In those roles, he worked with Fortune 500 organizations, consistently reducing cost and increasing profits by aligning global business leaders on strategy, process and technology implementation. Recognized as a master facilitator, Zain has led training sessions to increase sales, build leaders and improve team chemistry.
