Cohort Based Mentoring (LEAP)

Leadership development is a key area to focus for many organizations. Mentoring helps companies gain from the industry experienced consultant. If helps achieve a goal based approach to building leaders. Focusing on the “intake” form that has to be completed by the Leader and Manage/Sponsor this helps identify key areas critical for development and success.Combined with Profile Assessment and a 360 Survey this typically one year structured program provides unlimited access to Mentor via email and informal calls for quick discussion based on availability.

Key Highlights are:

  • Cohort based coaching with monthly ½ day cohort sessions
  • After the first two sessions – cohort defines session topics
  • Typically designed to have leaders from different parts of organization with approx. 8-12 leaders in the cohort
  • Group picks one or two projects that are challenges in the organization or a new product / service that they want to take to market and deliver as part of the LEAP program.
